What happens next...

Pre - Arrival

Activities are paid via deposits with the remainder paid when in Ibiza -The total balance of your villa is paid before arrival.
Our team will also be in touch leading up to your stay, so you know what to expect when you arrive.

Arriving in Ibiza

Call our villa team once you've landed, so we know you will be ready for check-in
Depending on the time, we can go wither straight to the villa or you can relax nearby in Playa Den Bossa until check-in time.

- Shoot our villa team a message to let us know you've arrived

- Make your way to transfers or taxi

- Luggage storage recommended nearby if arriving prior to check-in time.

Checking in to your villa

During the check-in procedure, you will be met by our villa team and guided around the villa.
The villas are in great condition, so its important to check for any obvious damages and this can be shared with the impartial damage deposit intermediary.

Villa Cleaning

Additional cleaning services can be requested prior to and during your stay - Subject to availability.

Checking out

Similar to the check-in process the villa can be checked and ensure deposits can be promptly returned.

There is a bagging storage facility in Playa Den Bossa that can be recommended for delays between checkout and return flights.

Deposit

Moving of furniture and Fittings can lead to damage and should be avoided.

On arrival, you will tour the villa with the impartial deposit service to ensure there are no breakages prior to your stay.

- Returned within 72hrs of checkout

Pets

Pets are not allowed except with express authorisation from the property owner.

This is important, as cancellation or fees can otherwise occur.

Property capacity

The capacity check-in must match that on the booking to avoid any risk of refused access or additional fees.

- Group size on arrival should not exceed that what is pre-planned/ confirmed

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against cancellation of any kind.
