This luxury Boutique villa is built on 5000 m2 of land land with 400 m2 living space. There is plenty of privacy and space, designed to sleep up to 15 guests.

This Ibiza villa features a large barbecue area for outdoor dining as well as top of the range indoor cooking facilities. We can also provide catering inclusive of your package to include anything from hotel style breakfast each morning, BBQ catering and a variety of high quality intercontinental meals cooked fresh at your villa.

Various bed configurations can be organized in this Ibiza villa with on-suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi room configurations available. This Ibiza villa has a total of 5 bathrooms. Bathrooms feature luxury hot tubs and various shower facilitates throughout the villa both inside and outside.

This Ibiza features large balcony spaces, perfect for cocktail masterclasses and other available villa services. The villa is south facing for sun during the day and a great Ibiza sunset view.

The large Spacious outside dining table and BBQ area in this Ibiza villa sits up to 20 for a sunset view. We can cater to your group with quality BBQ service packages or freshly prepare 3 course meals inside your villa. There are 2 kitchens (incl. espresso machines, oven, stove & microwaves.

This Ibiza villa features a huge inside Jacuzzi tub (attached to the master bedroom), 5 full bathrooms (4 inside the villa and 1 full bathroom by the pool) and 9 bedrooms with new high comfort mattresses (2 of the 9 bedrooms are separate studio apartments [in the same villa building] with private bathrooms)

This Ibiza villa has an Inimitable big pool area & pool lounge area South (sun) orientation. There is plenty of room for activities around the pool and sun loungers + 2 Balinese pool beds.
